OC6 Oscillation Controller

The unique, all-in-one tool designed to meet the most demanding requirements in AFM measurements

The OC6 is a state-of-the-art signal generator offering 5 × the bandwidth of the OC4, generating small amplitude signals up to 100 MHz. Its redesigned output signal path features fully digital amplitude control, improved linearity, and signal purity. User-selectable ranges and filters reduce broadband noise for uncompromised performance down to DC. The high-current output stage is bypassable, lowering noise to less than 5 nV/sqrt(Hz).

Additionally, the OC6 is a sophisticated digitizer featuring a DC-coupled, high-impedance, fully differential input stage, handling signals from DC to 25 MHz (or even 100 MHz) with high accuracy. It achieves 5 × less noise than its predecessor, a significantly lower 1/f corner frequency, and lower distortion. This all-in-one tool excels in demanding AFM measurements and beyond.
