Externally Controlled Beam Chopping for IQE 12/38 Scannable Ion Source

IQE 12/38 Beam Chopper is an externally controlled beam chopping unit for IQE 12/38 scannable ion source. It can be used in off mode, continuous mode and in pulsed mode. The pulse frequency can be adjusted between 0 - 50 kHz, with pulse width range of 2 µs - 100 µs, with longer pulses available on request. It also has an adjustable delay between trigger slope and electron pulse of 0 - 8 µs, with customized versions available on request.
