Highly Reliable Power Supply for EBE-1 Single-Pocket E-Beam Evaporator
The SPECS EBE-S is a highly reliable analogue power supply for EBE-1 single-pocket e-beam evaporator.The power supply is designed to evaporate the thickest rods (6 mm) and is robust enough to survive misuse without dire consequences seen in more complex failure prone electronics. The unit has remote control interface and is suitable for high precision HV and filament control for improved low rate evaporation as well as for high power evaporation for thicker rods or larger crucibles and high rate evaporation.
