Vibrational Decoupling
Vibrational Decoupling Module for Separation of the Sensitive Measuring Systems
The SPECS Vibrational Decoupling Module is a special device to separate sensitive microscopic system modules from the remaining frame of the system. It consists of a heavy counterweight, separated by pneumatic spacers, where the two sides of the mounting frame are connected to the two separated system modules. The big central weight absorbs and reflects vibrations coming from the main system, to minimize the influence on the microscopy system module. With this special device it is possible to keep the specifications of sensitive microscopy system even when they are connected to large cluster systems and sample distribution systems. An economic version without the pneumatic spacers is available on request.
