Differential pumping stages for TMM 304 (regular / basic / rotatable frame)

The TMM 304 is operated with a power pumping system fitting highest demands on the operational pressure in the analysis chamber. The standard configuration is a 2-stage differential pumping on the cassette housing and on the capillary flange. 

On request a third stage pump can be included for pressure changes during measuremenmts of less than 2 x 10^-10 mbar.

These pumping packages work with the fixed and rotatable TMM 304 design.
