PHOIBOS 100

In its 7th generation the PHOIBOS 100 is a well-established and proven electron analyzer for a large variety of different experimental methods ranging from XPS, UPS, ARPES to ISS and AES. With its 100 mm mean radius hemisphere and a state-of-the-art electron optical lens system the PHOIBOS 100 series offers excellent sensitivity and high resolving power. Based on the modular concept the PHOIBOS 100 analyzers can be equipped with all 1D and 2D detectors.
