Our team at our headquarters in Berlin is hiring with immediate availability for:
Physicist / chemist / natural scientist as test engineer(m/f/d) in the field of plant engineering

Your tasks

Commissioning, quality assurance and test preparation of customer-specific vacuum systems (UHV)
Support in testing our analysis systems
Preparation of test protocols
Preparation of the delivery of systems
Editing of the technical documentation of our instruments
Coordination of tasks between project management and production

Your profile

You have a degree in natural sciences or engineering ( bachelor's or master's degree).
You have experience in the field of experimental surface physics and enjoy working in a laboratory with vacuum technology (UHV).
You are eager to learn the complex interaction of hardware and software to control various components.
You understand setups of mechanics, switchgear, electrical wiring and gas control based on technical documentation and can classify them.
You are enthusiastic about technological challenges.
You enjoy working in a team and have a strong problem-solving ability, are also very self-organized and have a high level of quality awareness.
English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
