High Resolution Sample Observation Camera
Monochrome sample observation camera is used for high resolution sample surface observation. The resolution is 25 µm with a field of view of 8 x 10 mm at a working distance of 200 mm. The camera comes with an easy to use all-axis alignment camera
holder, is mounted on the chamber via rigid clamp on DN-40CF viewport and has a very high mechanical stability. It has a very high reproducibility after remounting (better than 0.5 mm at 200 mm working distance). USB 2.0 connection and software is included in the package.
