Software upgrade to Nanonis Tramea

The Nanonis Mimea SPM control system base package and the Nanonis Tramea quantum transport measurement system share the same hardware. The upgrade includes all software functionality allowing to use the Nanonis SPM control system also as a quantum transport measurement system. Upgrade is from the SPM software V5/V5e to SPM and QT software V5/V5e

The upgrade is software-only and requires a Nanonis BP5/BP5e. After the uprade it will be possible to use the base package either for SPM measurements with the Nanonis SPM software, or as a quantum transport measurement system. The upgrade gives you access to all features of Nanonis Tramea within minutes with no additional hardware required.

All additional signal interfaces (SC5, SO5) and optional add-on modules will also be available in the Nanonis Tramea software (except modules which may only be available for Nanonis Tramea)
