The Nanonis Adaptation Kit for JEOL 4000 and UHV AFM/STM and 5200 series controls the DC motors of the SPM for coarse motion and auto-approach. It also provides analog signals for the determination of the position of the coarse stages. Pin-compatible adapter cables interface with the SPM, the JEOL AFM interface and the JEOL SPM controller.
