Founded in 1990, a highly qualified and motivated team of physicists and engineers at the Hünstetten business unit ensures that Focus products always meet the latest requirements of science and high-tech industries in the long term. The scientific instruments of the Focus product range includes electron beam evaporators, electron energy analyzers, electron spin detectors and a whole family of photo emission electron microscopes as the patented NanoESCA (or Momentum Microscope), an energy dispersive microscope to image photo electrons. Focus products used mainly for industrial and institutional research and development, as well as for quality management.
